Report a mistake or a broken link

Send the page address, what is wrong and, if you have it, the official source that shows the correct information. When we confirm a correction, we change the answer and update its check date.

What we can and cannot help with

We can correct an answer, fix a link or add a question we do not cover yet. We cannot give legal or immigration advice, check the status of an application or contact a government office for you. For your own case, ask the agency that decides it, for example the Immigration Contact Center at 1345.
